You’ve reminded me of this text on the wall in the foyer of my local library. Perhaps the purpose of the place - self-evident to older people like me - needs to be spelt out for the digital generation.

Mepal/Rosti Margrethe mixing bowl bought by my late mother in Copenhagen in 1970. Considered a Danish design classic but I think she bought it because she thought it just looked like a nice bowl.
