Colorblends is the best source for quality and price (my opinion). I give away at least 30 of them every holiday season for quite a few years now and have NEVER been disappointed. Also get my fall bulbs from them too.

Only when they first start wearing them. Then, they love them and run through the snow and ice confidently and without their paws getting cold. Usually just on their feet when low 20s and below.
