Well… I’m really kicking myself for those extra few minutes around the house this morning because now the train is at least 20 minutes delayed, and I am already setting out about 30 minutes later than planned. A sprint to the gate it is!

Why on earth does this person keep following me, and then unfollowing about 10 minutes later, just to follow again an hour or two later? It’s been happening for days now. wtf. blocked!

I’ve been really good not buying a new iPhone this cycle so far. But I fear I feel my willpower coming to an end today. The Air is soooo pretty, but after being a Pro Max user for so many years, it’d be hard to give up the cameras. Leaning to the Pro in silver.

Shaved about 6 minutes off my 5K time tonight. Did the full 6K in 43:07. Still significantly over my goal.

Ran 5k today for the first time. Sadly it took me a little longer than the goal I set for myself for the full 6k next week, which is still slow as hell: 40 min. This is gonna be rough. (Plus the moobs & gut bouncing is painful & distracting 🫤)

So… I (maybe stupidly?) signed up for a 6K turkey trot in 3 weeks. I’ve never run more than a mile at a time. How fucked am I? 🤦🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🏃🏻♂️
