A friend of mine was arguing that money (in the form of bonuses) motivates the workforce. My argument was that money is a "demotivator".
You can't make people, working at 100%, work harder by giving them more money. But try taking money away from them and you'll soon see how demotivation works.

It would appear that most of the crimes listed in Leviticus are punishable by death, including arguing with your parents. I would suggest that is a bit harsh for Mark Guehi, perhaps a 2 match ban might be more appropriate?
