Yes, I treat it as if I’m doing a de novo ablation in a patient with longstanding persistent AF. Start with the veins and the posterior wall and take it from there.

Yes! Delivering PFA over thermally ablated cardiac tissue with no electrically signals in patients with refractory AF have benefitted many of my patients.

I liked it a lot. The flower petals are not always accurate but good enough to get the job done. Not having to exchange is a huge plus.

Was my first day with opal so I used fluoro but I anticipate going back to fluoroless soon. We are launching varipulse soon as well. Fun time to be an EP!
