OK that’s a very unique bid for bankrupt assets. If we assume that 90% of the debt in bankruptcy is to the families it makes the Onion bid worth 10x the cash amount of their bid to the other creditors.
I don’t see how it negativity effects the other creditors, who are the only people who matter.
