Yhteishyvä-lehti: ”ihanan nopea arkikeitto” ”30 min (josta 15 aktiivista)”

Resepti: 16+1 ainekset, ml. kuorittava porkkana, timjami ruukussa, jota pitää käsitellä ennen käyttöä, yms.

Kasvisminestrone on ihanan nopea arkikeitto – katso resepti!
Keitä makuja pursuava minestronekeitto kasviksista. Sakean keiton kasvikset, pasta ja pavut pitävät pitkään kylläisenä. Viimeistele keitto vahvalla tai vegaanisella juustoraasteella. Tarjoa lisukkeena rapeakuorista leipää.

Today is the International Day of Women and Girls in Science.

It’s important to remember that actively working towards a welcoming safe environment for everyone in science isn’t just the decent thing to do (I’d argue it’s the bare minimum), it also means we do better science!
