I found a website with the exact issue I remember seeing as a kid—what must have been 60 years ago. It is the third one down on the page below (women with blowtorch). I had not thought about the Noem video in relation to this stuff until I saw this thread. Wow!

Yes, yes, yes. That is exactly the crap I was remembering. I remember seeing these mags as a kid on the shelves of a newsstand in San Diego, CA. I was maybe 10 then WW2 was only “15 years ago.” I’ll take a look at that wiki. Thanks.
