In that Not Just Bike segment, it's argued removing cycle tracks is really a diversion, drawing attention from other failings of the Ontario government. The real diversion is from the rest of the Bill making it easier to build a highway across the Greenbelt, exempting it from environmental scrutiny.

Unfortunately, it's clear the province doesn't care about facts, only (uninformed) perceptions.
