Dont have any advice that will be super positive or like a good direction to aim to work wise. Maybe the only thing when I was doing work to be able to eat/pay rent (whatever the work), was to continue doing stuff for me aside, helped kept bad thoughts a bit more distant.

I've done almost the same amount in game audio as I did in other fields (mostly retail/warehouses jobs and some attempts to start at any school to learn some stuff) in my past. I cant imagine changing directions at 50 though. I'm very sorry for your situation.
