Robert - this case is not my life. I know for others, it is.

Please don't take this as disrespectful. I appreciate your interest, but I want to move on. No more questions about this (at least not to me).

It's Saturday. Have a nice weekend.

Thanks for the debate. Have a nice weekend. I don't agree with you. But we don't have enough room to argue all this.

But really, we can agree on this - The Bachelor WAS a great show. SO MUCH FUN! Until the woke idiots fired Chris Harrison. I never watched since that happened. Neither should you.

This isn't hard to understand.

Image I have nude images of Woodnick. And he has a DVRO against me.

I find out Woodnick has a legal dispute with a 3rd party.

For fun, I post Woodnick's nudes on the internet. No subpoena. No court order. I just post them. To fuck with the guy.

You think that's OK?
October 11, 2025 at 5:00 PM
Oh really? Thanks for confirming Woodnick violated a court order. Again.

The point isn't that MM gave them to a lawyer.

The point is he did it WITHOUT a subpoena, court order, or any other legal requirement (because if he did, we could have limited their release, for privacy reasons).

There is plenty of private stuff in the texts. Private conversations that were not meant to be public.

That is exactly why MM shared them. To humiliate/embarrass a person who had a restraining order against him...which prohibited humiliation.

But fuck it. The Bachelor is such a great TV show.
October 11, 2025 at 4:54 PM
It's because there is still a pending matter in Maricopa County that I am not involved with. That lawyer is the one authorized to speak about the case. Not me (except for allegations about my own conduct....that stuff, I can address).
October 11, 2025 at 4:50 PM
It's like people believe the prior case gave them permission to just do ANYTHING they wanted.

Hey, Woodnick printed a subpoena from the state bar website! That overrules every court order in history!

No, it doesn't. You can't ignore court orders because someone printed a form off a website.

Imagine I find out an ex is involved in a legal dispute. That ex got a DVRO against me for whatever reason.

The fact my ex has a legal dispute would not allow me to put all her nude pics online, just because she had a dispute with a 3rd party.

Please tell me you get that.
October 11, 2025 at 4:46 PM
If he was subpoenaed for the messages, that would have been different. Court rules would have allowed us to seek a protective order preventing the messages from being shared with strangers.

That didn't happen because MM just released them without an order/subpoena.
October 11, 2025 at 4:43 PM
You can certainly use text messages as evidence in a case. That isn't the point. The point is MM shared those messages without ever being subpoenaed for them. He just gave them to strangers. All of them. While he had a DVRO against him.

That's the problem.
October 11, 2025 at 4:43 PM
Sure. It's mentioned in the stuff I filed, but this case said an ex husband who accessed his wife's emails without permission and gave private info to 3rd parties could be subject to a restraining order for doing so.

This is about the past case. I've said I can't talk about that. I'm sorry, but that rule still applies (although what you said here isn't accurate).

I'm sorry, but not going to debate this stuff in 300 characters. Or online.
October 11, 2025 at 4:28 PM
It's a typo on a frequently used form which nobody ever mentioned. Until the cult did.

But thanks for helping.

I commuted about 50 miles a day on this bike for years. Always wore a helmet and full protective gear.

If I was going fast or any long distance, I'd always wear my helmet and everything else.

This was a short, low speed trip to the gym. Under 2 miles @ <45 mph. Thus, no helmet.

Sure, friend.

Fuck I hate the music on this video. I spent a second trying to edit it with more techo/rock vibes.

Sharing fails is a way of growing. Next time I'll make the vid WAY better.

I have boatloads.

As a young lawyer, I worked on something I call the "airplane case". It involved a computer model of a 727 airplane.

Also involved dishonest lawyers and a bad judge. The story was insane. I would like to tell it.

It is fascinating, but I've never put pen to paper. Maybe now...
October 11, 2025 at 3:42 AM
I have a HUGE library of stories to tell from my time in law. Many are insane. Millions of dollars lost and won.

But my written work has always been limited to 15 pages. Writing something compelling, interesting, in 300 pages is a skill I don't have....

Yet.
October 11, 2025 at 3:33 AM
Legal writing is a very specific skill. I studied it intensely. I spent 2 years on law review which forced me to pursue technical perfection with things like cite format.

Telling stories in long format like Harry Potter is so different. I don't have that skill. At all. And it's a shame.

I give credit where credit is due.

Voice = 10/10

Legal skill = DNF

This is the red bike. I got it from the original owner @ 6 months. It's old now (like me) but still does 0-60 in 2.5 seconds. 185 mph top speed (personally verified). It is a beast.
October 11, 2025 at 3:12 AM
My writing has never been good enough to go pro. And it never will be (pro meaning something above law; I think for lawyers my writing is OK). Next step? Sell the house and figure that out. Both parents are old and want me closer. I need to pick. FL or NorCal. Or Europe. Options are plenty.
October 11, 2025 at 3:07 AM
I have never crashed my red bike (CBR1000RR). Someone hit me once when I was commuting. Not much damage.

The dirt toy (TRX450R) has been upside-down once or twice.

My only big accident was age 15. Rode a dirt bike on the street. Hit by a girl. Torn up badly. Ambulance. Hospital. RIP that bike.
October 11, 2025 at 2:57 AM
I ride every day. Have for almost 40 years (!)

I don't have many vices. Well, one or two. But going fast on a bike is one.
