Graphic on Georgia Power web site didn't look right to me and indeed it is full of shit. Peak rate is about 3X off-peak rate but displayed as 2X. And the super off-peak is 20% of off-peak but displayed as 10%.

Another good reason skip past Google AI. The answer is 32 amps. Never run a circuit continuously at more than 80% of its rated max.
