I have mentioned before that I am not sure at all that she CAN plead the fifth. Due to double jeopardy she cannot be charged again, right?
So if she refuses to answer it should be contempt of court in the least.

She can’t plead the fifth, right? Double jeopardy. Even if a new crime is revealed it is part of the same overall crime.
I’m not 100% sure…any lawyers that can expand on this?
