Still not heard from my Gedling MP about whether he is attending the Nat Emergency Briefing @michaelpaynemp.bsky.social

In my view if you can afford to make the significant changes yourself, you have a responsibility to others and future generations to do it and urgently - heat pumps, EV car, solar panels etc. Psychologists tell people are mostly influenced by their peers, friends and colleagues.

May be they should get help from Nigel Farage who gained massive publicity for his bank refusing his account - Nat West I think.

It is pure arrogance that the UK thinks it can export its own waste for others to deal with, especially in a climate and nature emergency. So called world leader - NOT.

It seems the response to anything the Labour government and predessors doesn’t like is to ignore it, suppress it, legislate against it or ban it. Our democracy is a sham.
