Some meniscus tears respond to physio…..
I had a laparoscopic meniscus repair 12 years ago and walked out of the hospital the same day, although it wasn’t in Spain. Keep pushing for a laparoscopic repair otherwise you’ll probably be on crutches and in plaster for months with any other surgery

To make my macaroni cheese more interesting I add bacon bits, mushrooms and cauliflower. I cook the cauliflower with the macaroni and add the bacon bits and mushrooms when I’m stirring in the milk.
