Finish the roster build? So he can run 8 guys into the ground instead of 7? Made it to the ECF, lost to the same team again, with his lack of adaptability and inability to manage game situations a key reason why. Let’s just agree to disagree. And Dolan isn’t the same as before. You know that

Comparing the circumstances of another time period or team to the circumstances of this one is pointless. This, in my opinion, is what needed to happen for THIS Knicks team to have a chance at it. Idc about stupid decisions made about coaches that didn’t pan out in the past. It’s unrelated.

I’ve been following the same amount of time and I’m not gonna get sucked into conflating the reality of one time period with another so I can keep watching the same mistakes be made

And I’m sorry it’s not the same. You’re comparing that team to this team? That team was never gonna win shit, this one can. I didn’t like the Woodson decision back then. He had 2 seasons. Thibs has had time.

Sometimes it is greener though and it’s worth taking a chance on. What’s that old saying? The things you regret most are the risks you didn’t take?
