You can't even use it the "Copy" button of the PR branch and paste it on the issue, it's completely broken.

It's so hard to associate an issue with a PR on GitHub using this field, you cannot even paste the URL. If the original description of the PR didn't contain something like "fix #issue" it will be really hard to associate issue <-> PR
