A reminder to BBC staff one of your retiring presenters "crashing the pips" means precisely zero to anyone outside of your bubble. And, y'know, doesn't deserve more prominence than Chinese spies infiltrating Britain's royal family, or the killing of Russia's chemical weapons chief.
