Been awhile since I felt like cooking, so here we are Tempura plantain with rice & beans, with kale salad

Recipe 2 for today, Cranberry, Apple and Nuts (assorted) wholewheat cake, this is gonna need some cream i reckon. Now i get to do a couple hours of housework before recipe 3 (and by housework i mean listening to the dryer while playing video games).

So were baking/cooking today, i don't want to but well were beyond the point of want and we've reached "i need to get out of this funk".
Starting with lunch, simple gyoza (park and cabbage) are in the pan, made too much filling so on Hunters suggestion tomorrow for lunch were having Bao.

So it took about 15 mins, as a rule when the temp drops below -5c the window stays shut so it hasn't been open for about a month, today it's about -3 so i opened the window.
So it took about 15 mins and this has been the last hour, my bed, not my cat.

Sometimes the right meme appears at just the right time and much hilarity ensues.
