From above; Since, all missives from EU and Europe wide executive powers, government agencies have sounded like quotes almost verbatim from Jeffery Sach's address. Have we just undergone shock therapy over here? It would be cool to hear your take on this.

I have a question, it relates to economic warfare. Jeffery Sachs recently gave a speech, February, 21st to the EU. Recommending a number of things such as, that the EU reexamine it's relationship to NATO, build its own foreign policy, strengthen its own defense capacity, fortify independence cont;

It's hard for me not to think of it like this;
