Going to give Blue sky another shot. I'm so fed up with all the negativity and complaining on Threads. (I'm aware this is a complaint) Maybe I'm just not cut out for social media. It is however more or less my only connection to the outside world as I'm very introverted.

Yesterday at the gym my trainer had a brain fart and basically doubled all my weight for almost every exercise. I don't like to complain so I just did it all. I learned 2 things.
1. I need to go up in weight on most exercises
2. OMG I can hardly move today, everything hurts.

Sometimes life really can get overwhelming. Awful stuff needs to stop happening for a few days. Hopefully I can keep my panic attacks in check for awhile.

Day four of this damn headache. Today my body hurts more, especially my lower back. Sneezing, today's COVID test is also negative. Today I took a Zyrtec and an Excedrin migraine. Please go away. I want to enjoy my Autumn 🍁

When looking at an item in an online store does anyone find it helpful when you get the "We see you looking but you forgot to order" email you get later helpful? I find it absolutely horrifying and it makes me want to never order from that company.

My dog is at the vet for surgery and my wife is at work. I'm working from home but got bored on break so I shaved my head. I don't look like Stone Cold. 😂

Worst website "feature" is when you look at some item on a website and they email you about how you "forgot something" and how you were looking at it.
