I’m fixing a wonky pulled out XLR on an AEA r92.
The strain relief in this guy and been put through the wringer and was missing a set screw so I did many layers of heat shrink till it was nice and tight in the grommet at the end so hopefully the single set screw and give enough pressure for

Doing stem masters is not super common but it makes tons of sense in certain situations!!! In my experience these kinds of situations is where I’d prefer to stem master!

Monitoring fx in reaper lets you add plugins to your output only, the audio is not processed through them when you render.
Reaper has so many options I didn’t even go looking for this till I saw it as a feature on another daw 😂

Small sounds vs big sounds? What's that even mean really? I get tracks to mix all the time where there's just no more room, all the space is sounds, full bandwidth sound.
Make the instruments in your production smaller, smaller or less sounds you end up with louder more groovey tracks.

Unless your studio monitors are designed to be set on their side don’t do it!! Tweeters are designed to have a wide side to side sweet spot and when your turn it messes that up!!!
