To those critical of Cuban, acknowledge reality. There are a considerable number of voters who are set in their views. Some may be dissatisfied but are alienated by the far left.

That China didn't get lowered tariffs (and didn't push for them?) makes me think that they believe exports to Europe and the rest of the world are more important.
