One of several events I will never forget where I was. At my grandmother's when my Dad told me. I know it's not like 9/11 but they (and a few other things) are burned into my memory.

I used to think people were just rude and obnoxious online, the safety of being behind a keyboard and all that. But it seems many folks now are happy to be obnoxious in the real world. I feel leaders set the example...and during the past 8 years, a bad example has truly been set.

So many disappointing things about the 2024 election but the loss of mainstream media, both TV and Print, holding the line and holding folks accountable is the biggest disappointment for me...

I know the chance is slim, but I am hoping the resulting chaos and pain will make folks reconsider their support. Probably naive on my part but for now, my fingers are crossed.
