Well done Nick, I took my #QMX to three nearby #SOTA summits last Monday and operated #CW and #SSB with good reports. The CME affected 20m but 40m worked great and I got lots of contacts. The QMX is an amazing little radio and has inspired me to lighten the rest of my portable station! #Hamradio

...2/ Reports on my audio were good. At 0451UTC I made a contact with F5PYI, Larry! It was hard to get his call due to heavy #QRN. I was completely amazed, I didn’t expect to work Europe on 40m SSB with 5W in the middle of the afternoon. Larry has a contest grade station so that helped, of course.

We have king parrots visit us frequently at our home on the north edge of Melbourne. Beautiful, if a bit sassy!
