We find that the treatment is equally effective when stressing a leader's role as a motivator or as a coordinator. Either intervention improves team performance.

We find a substantial positive effect of Leadership on team performance: The share of teams completing the task within 60 min increases from 44 to 63%, and a team’s average remaining time increases by about 75% (from 3m10s in Control to 5m29s in Leadership).

Joined the protests on campus today. The government is making a terrible mistake if these cuts go ahead. The effects will be felt across Dutch society. We ask them not to go ahead with these insane plans!
