I really want to like @glass.app but their app is just awful - the sign up process is so full of bugs it's almost impossible to use.

Day two of my month-long “squat attack” training and I have taken to lumbering around like Boris Johnson.

Just remembered I still have about 3 kilos of turkey in the freezer from Christmas.

I'm recovering from a virus that's absolutely wiped me out for the last two weeks.

I think im almost back to normal but it's amazing how much longer my recovery at the gym has been - 7 pull-up damn near killed me!

Took the end of my point finger off when reassembling the juicer. So now I have a massive plaster and I'm back to two finger typing with just my middle fingers.

It's really nice to see more and more people finally leaving twitter behind - welcome @landvanons.bsky.social. Better late than never!
