Had a guest that was supposed to do a 10 minute temple talk. 45 minutes later I scrapped the sermon. I had more thank you for not preaching than I normally get from preaching.

I'm sorry. Truly. There are few feelings than an outsider among insiders.
As one of the insiders I too feel the disconnect with the way the current structure operates.
The entire system feels rudderless currently.
