Can you explain about the "variations"? I've only ever read XX or XY or am I missing something? Are you talking gender or sexuality? And before anyone slates, I am trying to understand. Tx.

Insulation on the roof rafters? Was told by our surveyor to remove ours - holds condensation.

Yes, definately. Hate this time of year as number of naked places seriously reduces.
