Makes films, ops cameras and writes fiction. Just want to read about movies all the time.

Was that Anna Kendrick movie slept on or is it just me that was sleeping? It was excellent.

Speaking of Godzilla movies- I have a King Caesar shirt.

If every movie was just a conspiracy incel versus anyone else - I would watch it.

Like Godzilla movies.

Skipped football on Sunday to watch Bugonia- I love Bugonia.

Watched every Friday the 13th from the 80s last month. Realized how many I actually had not seen. Had weird flashbacks to being a child and waking up during certain scenes amidst the marathons they used to run.

I did that thing where I skip football for the movies and it was as great as always.

It was CONCLAVE - I’ll proudly join that bandwagon now.

I prefer the Hallmark movies that have zero star power. They are way more insane.

There’s something else happening out there. And it’s all about when PARIS, TEXAS and Letterboxd collided.

John Frankenheimer films are more relevant than ever and we need to talk about this.

I was so impressed by Greta Gerwig’s direction in BARBIE. Some of her best flourishes felt like the dark but funny shit you hear from female friends digesting the news. Offhand, improvised and bleak. This balanced with the genre clash of sci-fi/musical/comedy made it such a unique experience.

I figured it out. SALTBURN is AMERICAN PIE.

Since I was 18, I’ve always been shocked at the craftsmanship but the older I get, the more amazed I am with Jimmy Stewart’s moves in IT’S A WONDERFUL LIFE. Complete control over every scene, word, moment.

I’m here for your good writing- mostly about movies and books. I’ll take a political article here and there but I read Reuters every morning and baby, that’s hard enough.

I will follow any of you.

If that sounds too vulnerable… then let’s get married.
