Pardon if you already looked at this, but have you checked out Steam Family Sharing? My kids have separate Steam accounts and can play stuff out of my library as long as I'm not playing. Sounds like it might work for your situation.

I'm left-handed, but hold cards in my right and pay them with my left. Like some others, I also throw with my left but very right handed. I also use right-handed scissors.
