My ratio is 1 cup kosher salt, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup hot sauce, 1/4 lemon juice to 1 gal water. Brine whole chicken overnight, breasts at least 4 hours, wings 90 min. For spatchcocked whole chicken, start at 275 until internal temp of 130, then crank the temp up ‘til done for crispy skin.

Burns was a part of the play too. If a player is pushed into the goalie, how is it that they initiated the contact? Did they make any evaluation of Burns’ contribution to Carlson’s contact with the goalie? If not, why not?
