Lucid is saying their new 7 passenger 400+ mile range SUV will have efficiency of 3.6 miles/kWh. That’s equal to a Chevy Bolt. That’s great (if true) as it means lower emissions and less battery materials.

Gee, why would buyers be confused? Toyota is calling the Highlander a “hybrid EV” (when it’s not a plug-in) while Stellantis often advertises their PHEVs as only “hybrids”.
