Most users aren't on the NHS. The NHS criteria are so incredibly specific and severe, majority that need it can't access it through the NHS.

The older diehard fans may disagree but honestly this album slaps and got me into the band. I love all their albums but The Link (just doesn't do it for me like everything else they've done) but Fortitude is my first love of theirs.
