It's very interesting being one of the furthest left people who uses Manifold (which is currently only play money, though I've also put a little bit into Kalshi). In my experience the market manipulation and hype are real, but if something is hyped you *can* bet smart money against dumb.

What are your thoughts on how unions responded negatively to massive material support from the Biden administration?
Also a reminder of how effectively the non-working class uses strike tactics even when it's obviously not for profit and purely for cultural "moral" interests.
