Earth itself will emit lots of carbon due to forest fires, permafrost melt. Bogs outgassing. Carbon sinks are becoming carbon sources, human emissions decline or not.

Earth has carbon sinks like deep ocean, forests, plankton,permafrost and bogs. As the planet warms, these become very large carbon sources with forest fires, permafrost melt, bogs outgassing.
