This girl has been catching rabbits in the back yard and proudly bringing them to me a lot this week. She doesn’t seem to be hurting them but she’s definitely traumatizing them. It’s impressive though. She’s so fast.

I love the houses in my neighborhood. The design and craftsmanship of Victorian architecture is pretty amazing. I’m a real sucker for anything with a real palatable sense of history though.

An old acrylic painting. All the dark streaks and drips are a result of someone throwing a cup of coffee at it. I guess it’s just part of the painting now.

I’m not actually sure how much range I have. There is an ongoing theme in my work. It’s a lot of animal headed people.

My mom saved every weird drawing I did when I was a kid. This is one of the earliest drawings I could find and the latest one I’ve done. I need to call her today and thank her for archiving artwork and tolerating me.

5/8/25 sketchbook page. I haven’t really done a lot of portrait drawing and this is practice. It’s not a very accurate portrait but it’s a fine drawing if none of that matters and you have no idea what Merle Travis actually looks like.
