No secret. I sautéed onion, garlic and bell peppers, then seared chicken breasts, cubed until a nice fond was on the bottom of the pan. Instead of water I used chicken stock then added the package, plus some left over Orzo I had and cooked 30 mins. Easy one pot dinner.
