Yup, that's a car parking in the bike line. One would think navigating past the flex posts, and the bike lane markings would be a clue that it wasn't for cars, but.. everyplace is for cars in some people's minds.

First time this winter I’ve seen the cycle track plowed!!
Our “city shovels sidewalks of major pedestrian routes” pilot program still leaves a bit to be desired however. They need to shovel sooner than 48 hours after the snowfall, but right now have same standards as homeowners.
