But I definitely see your point; it most certainly is *not* an indie in the truest Vampire Survivors-esque ‘trio of devs working evenings and weekends around their normal 9-5s’ sense!

If they have a €2.7m debt they def want to recoup that! But they also did probably the next best thing to making it super cheap by putting it day one on GamePass. It’s a huge coup for Xbox tbf, and that GamePass cash would have also helped massively to fund the latter stages of the game.

Golden References/Takes are a set of lines that you recorded in the first session, to be played back to you for you to talk along with and repeat. This helps you to get your vocals into exactly the right place so that we have a seamless consistency from session to session.
