I’m not sure how you did it but congratulations. For the past year I have not been able to sleep more than 4 hours a night. I used to sleep 8, 10, sometimes 12 hours a night yet, I don’t know why or how but somehow a year ago something changed and now I can’t sleep for shit. Do you have any ideas?
