Was a big fan of Hoka for road and trail so will definitely be heading back that way. Not expecting to run again but mountain walks will suffice. Plenty on offer living in north Wales!

Thanks for getting back to me. Can’t walk far at the moment and obviously no running (miss it desperately) cycling is ok so maintaining knee strength that way. I will look for knee specific ice packs. Watch this space 👍

Managed to feed the cable up the cavity. Not easy but a good electrician should be able to do it. Probably wouldn’t work in more modern houses with insulation.
