Depending on the brand, most potato chips sold here come from California or Utah. The ones from Utah, roughly the same elevation, look normal. The bags of chips from California look like one more molecule of air and they will explode, unless they've been pin pricked (some stores do)

I've always known that 2nd arch as "Twisted Donut Arch". However, I have no idea if that's its official name or just the name I heard.
