Sadly my health has dictated that we will have to watch the race from my hospital bed on a small iPad again.
As it's my 50th birthday my wife has been trying to make it a bit special by trying to be able to watch it on a bigger screen.
However we've been unable to obtain one that has Sky Go inside

Thanks again. However I've been bed bound since mid April now, so I have got so much muscle wastage. I can't even stand up yet as I can barely feel my leg muscles. It needs to be 4 weeks of intense rehab! 💪 I'll do my best to get there though!

Thank you Sean, that would be amazing to meet you too. It's looking like a long shot at this point, but we have all 3 days booked at the moment. My sister booked them as a joint 50th birthday/wedding present knowing that I may not make it health wise.

I went through a 2 week period recently when I didn't even pick up my phone as I was so ill from dying www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...
I was hoping to make a recovery to attend the British GP for my 50th, but I've taken a few backwards steps with hyperventilating recently, so may not recover in time 😭

Yep, because of me being in hospital and my partner working this morning, we had to watch the repeats on SkyGo at 1:30pm UK time. It meant staying off Social Media until afterwards.

I was up at 7am 😭😭

G'day mate, just trying to make you feel at home in Aus.
Sorry you've had a difficult time of it recently.
If it's any consolation, so have I. Since November.
Finally got diagnosed with an extremely rare condition Pauci-Immune Pulmonary Capillaritis and so will be in hospital for #AusGP #SkyGo #F1
