Universal healthcare systems are generally cheaper than the US system, so a shift from corporate for profit insurance to a state run system could save money and cover everyone

Yes. Some of the small ones might *just* be portable enough to take on a march, but the contents won't last long and they'll have you marked as someone carrying something potentially hazardous, so you'll be taken out. It's also probably illegal to take LN on public transport in any case.Liquidn
Liquid nitrogen dewars of various sizes from 4 to 50 litres. Only the smallest of them are hand portable.
