@EricCarroll They're a bit large for feeder-birds. You may need to something that doesn't give them enough space. Perhaps a set of dowels, so they cant actually land, but smaller birds can?

Folks, pass the above on to wherever city councillors hang out. It rather looks like cities in Canada and the US are the people who can legally levy wealth taxes, since they can levy property taxes.
