The USA keeps inflicting wounds upon itself.
For #AAS246, they already cancelled FOUR town halls:
For NASA,
For NASA's next flagship space telescope,
For NASA's flagship space telescope after that,
And for NASA's solar physics (heliophysics) division.
It's gonna be one hell of a meeting... we need commiseration.
This is a bloodbath.

Viewing the updated block schedule for the upcoming #AAS246 meeting, and so many town halls, where we get updates from NASA and NSF admins, plus updates on specific missions and observatories, have been outright cancelled.
Likely means tons of things are going away, with no information.
