Steam is magical. I can breathe better after like 10 minutes in here. As a bonus, I didn't have to style my lil baby hairs to essentially un-stretch them so I can wear my hair up today and still look cute. They've curled right back up!

The next little bit it spent trying to get rid of (or make manageable) my morning symtpoms. This morning that's letting the shower run for a bit to fill my bathroom up with steam, because every part of my throat feels dry and painful despite much hydration, and my sinuses are swollen and gross.

Yeah, it's definitely just that the very beginning is easy no matter what. I'm good at this game, generally, but I also just got my ass handed to me by Calivan. Calivan is a whiny bitch baby and should never be able to beat me. Nightmare difficulty is indeed hard af.

I was so mad I made multiple typos in this. The tortillas* were twice* as expensive as they were supposed to be. I power walked home to burn off some anger, and then attempted a smoke. Unfortunately, because I've been sick, one hit was enough to nearly make me throw up coughing, so that's a bust.

Which brings us to Alessio. Who also fits my pattern. I honestly did not realize how obvious it was that they were all mine, even if you didn't know me, until I started looking at them next to each other. 🥴 apparently, I unconsciously gravitate towards certain features in art and character creation.

You'd think I'd stop there, but no. My roommate graciously offered me 2 of their 3 save slots on their profile, seeing as they're unsure if they'll ever play it. And if they do it'll probably be once. So I made a necromancer and romanced Harding. Thalia Ingellvar, one of 14 qunari Mourn Watchers

Then I decided to up the difficulty level, but play as a warden again and romance Davrin. Eoghan was meant to be a placeholder name, and then I best the whole game without changing it, so. It's his name now. He was the only Rook sensible enough to wear a helmet to most battles after that head injury

Then there was Falon, a Crow rogue. I like to challenge myself, so her playthrough was beat using only the bow and arrow. No swords allowed. She romanced Neve. I'd like to romance her again at some point with a saved Minrathous, but as it was, they were very cute and I enjoyed this one.

After Elian, I created a new xbox profile and started romancing Taash. Isana Thorne, dwarven Warden with a Big Ass Hammer. Besides Penny, probably one of my other absolute favorites to play as. They were such a hothead. Absolute chaos. Matched Taash's freak perfectly.

After Penny was my storm mage, and then Elian Mercar, my Shadow Dragon warrior. Sword and shield. Romanced Emmrich. He really needs a nap. Or several.

My first Rook was a Lord of Fortune elf named Penny. I intentionally modeled their color scheme after copper/the way it oxidizes, and they are still one of my favorites. I will need to take some good screenshots of them at some point in decent lighting. Maybe in Rivain or Arlathan. Romanced Bellara.

You can tell they were all made by the same person.

Went through and took some shitty pictures of all of my Rooks, in case I forget to take screenshots before I have to delete a save... which will happen eventually, I'm out of space after this one.
