I liked some of the Lew Archer novels by Ross Macdonald, but there were some that were total misses for me. I really liked the s.s. collection i read recently, The Name Is Archer. The stories were all very compelling.

The UNSUB series is excellent. I just finished Shadowheart and found it was of the same caliber as the first three-fast-paced, unique and thought-provoking!
