I know your pain... I live abroad and my mother died a few years back. My cousin tried to send me photos and a few small items, and twice customs sent them back to him for incorrect data... So it looks as if I've got to physically travel there to get them myself...

Just out of curiosity I looked up this chap's insta. While I'm sure he is well intentioned, he says he founded "UKFactCheckPolitics" in 2019, but a closer look at Gov.uk says that it was a limited company which dissolved in 2024. The directors had to surname "Bartlett" and there were only two.
